Jhampa : : CommentsBen Griffin was born in the south of England in 1963, with a natural interest in Tibet and Tantra even as a small child.
He was taught somersaults by a Rinzai Zen Roshi in 1968, and the world has been a bit of a whirl ever since!
Ben took refuge in 1978, and studied under many Lamas and Geshes while resident at Lam Rim Buddhist Centre in Wales. He has travelled to India several times, receiving teachings and initiations from His Holiness the Dalai Lama and others.
He has completed several fire puja retreats, and actively continues to share learning in Sutra and Tantra.
